My name is Sara,

Born and raised in Virginia Beach, I  received My Bachelor’s in Exercise Science in 2010. Post graduation I spent time working at CHKD and then in the insurance industry for 7 years. 

The past 3 years I have been a stay at home mom for two amazing kiddos, and learning the ins and outs of motherhood while supporting my husband’s charter fishing. 

In my free time I love fitness, fashion, and spending time with those I love!
